This pack contains a non-toxic gel and is designed for repeated use. It can be cleaned by washing it in soap and water and will remain flexible even at low temperatures.

Cold Therapy:
Place in the fridge or freezer until needed.
Caution: wrap in a cover (such as a tea towel) before use. Do not use for more than 15-so minutes
Heat therapy:
Immerse in hot water for about 6-7 minutes before application. The pack can also be warmed in a microwave by heating for 20 seconds at 600w. Increase heating in 10 second intervals to reach desired temperature.
