What you need to know
We offer a bulk customised First Aid product supply. At the moment it is only plastic fabric effect keyfobs with a plastic facemask but the product range will be expanded in due course. If you would like to order some, here is what you should know.
- We order direct from the manufacturer in China. We have ordered from them before and they are a large manufacturer specialising in healthcare products.
- As they are made to order, delivery lead time is about 1 month depending upon time of year.
- Minimum quantity is x1000 and increases in steps of 500. If you want a different design or different colour, each of those have a minimum of x1000 (4 Minutes sticks to one colour – Red – for maximum impact and to keep costs down)
- You supply the Artwork – we need a jpeg 15 x 45mm. Artwork will be mocked up by the supplier and you will need to sign it off before manufacture starts
- There is a 1-off setup fee for each design, payable in advance. Repeat orders with the same design will not be charged this.
- The manufacturers require payment up front so we take payment with Order and will not Order items until your payment has cleared.
- As it is a customised product we cannot accept returns unless the goods are actually faulty.
- The price includes manufacture, shipping to the UK, import duty and signed-for delivery to your address. PO Box numbers cannot be used.
Here is what the keyfobs and the masks look like. As you can see it is a plastic fabric effect fob, tougher and nicer than the smooth PVC ones that can be bought. The facemask is plastic with instructions and elastic to fit around the patient’s ears. The fobs come in different colours as does the wording and the background. Our students love them (who doesn’t love a freebie!).
It’s a great way of advertising your Company as a lot of students put the fobs on their key rings there and then in the class. That way they are handy to show other people whenever they have their keys on them – pretty much all the time, whereas a mug or stress ball gets used a few times, then forgotten.

Want to place an Order? We start a manufacturing run once we have sufficient demand, so let us know when you are ready. We need the following from you:
Fabric colour – see above
Background colour – see above
Quantity – units of 500 with a minimum of 1000
Logo 1, 2 or 3 colours. Send an image jpeg 15 x 45mm @ 300dpi
Process
Step 1. Complete the following Form and attach the image that you want on the fobs.
Step 2. We will invoice you for the artwork setup fee (1-off £25 for each logo / writing) along with payment details.
Step 3. Once paid we will submit to the manufacturers to mock up for you and we will send you their mock-up for approval
Step 4. Once approved we will invoice you for the quantity that you have ordered.
Step 5. Once paid you will be added to the production run and we will keep you updated from then onwards as to the process.
Step 6. Once here, we will send them out to you on a signed for delivery.
Step 7. Spread them far and wide!

Pricing:
The price includes manufacture, shipping to the UK, Bank fees, import duty and signed-for delivery to your address. We reserve the Right to amend these prices (up or down) should the £/$ exchange rate experience a sudden change.
There is a 1-off, non-refundable setup fee of £25 for each design. Unless you change the design or want a different design, then this will not be charged for repeat orders.
